About the job

As an Associate Consultant at Energy21, you will play a key role in delivering impactful energy data solutions to our esteemed clients. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals and work on diverse projects that leverage data analytics, software implementation, strategic consulting, and technical solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your analytical and problem-solving skills, gain valuable industry experience, and make a significant impact in shaping the future of energy.

Your profile:

• Relevant MSc degree
• Experienced in working in multidisciplinary teams and projects in complex client environments, preferable in the energy sector;
• 3 years + of relevant experience
• Experience related to balancing, portfolio management or trading in the energy sector is a plus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to identify business needs into operational business processes;
• Profound interest in IT and related processes;
• Preference to work with proven methods and best practices;
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization;
• Excellent skills to communicate effectively in Dutch and English.

What will you do:

• Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis using advanced statistical techniques and software tools. You will work with large and complex energy datasets to derive valuable insights and identify patterns, trends, and correlations. Your analysis will help clients make informed decisions, optimize operations, and drive business growth.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and challenges. Conduct thorough needs assessments and translate client requirements into tailored data-driven solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic consulting and guidance to clients based on your data analysis and industry knowledge.
• Solution Implementation: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement and customize Energy21's innovative software solutions. Ensure seamless integration of the software into the client's infrastructure and processes. Provide technical expertise and support throughout the implementation process to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
• Professional Development: Continuously enhance your skills and expertise through ongoing learning and professional development. Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies related to data analytics and energy consulting. Participate in training programs, industry events, and knowledge sharing activities to continually grow as a consultant.
