About the role

The Energy21 systems team is responsible for managing smoothly running client environments, developing and deploying changes and managing data streams. We are looking for a colleague who can help design and maintain efficient and effective policies for our infrastructure and applications and oversee the effectiveness of these policies. In this role, you will be responsible for overall design and maintenance of the general Azure infrastructure usage and will manage applications' use and access for the whole organization. Tasks include:

• Overall design and maintenance of general Azure infrastructure, security settings and policies, access management and organization. (Some of the applications we use are: ENTRA ID, RBAC,Atlassian suite, SentinelOne, DutyFlow Spamfilter, Security tooling, Phished, HiBob)
• Create efficient policies regarding use and access management for said applications Educate and inform all relevant colleagues on best practices and policies to ensure compliance

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Azure expert with the experience and maturity to define efficient and compliant use of our infrastructure and applications. You are Azure certified, with 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Solutions. Any AWS experience would be nice to have. You have a strong affinity with modern applications. Your experience includes maintaining applications, upgrading and implementing changes. Furthermore;

• You have strong communication skills; you can persuade others to follow suit and can adapt your communication style and pace to the audience
• You are proactive and take ownership
• You are a strong team player; you understand the importance of working together towards common goals and recognize that collective efforts lead to greater innovation and success
