About the role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work across our entire PaaS solution Jules Energy (Energy Trade Customer Portal | Energy21). You'll be part of the operations team and collaborate with the teams in the Netherlands and the UK to maintain our 'live' products and troubleshoot and problem-solve when issues arise. Tasks include:
Provide technical application support for 'Live' systems, including incident and problem investigation and resolution; capacity and performance management;
Monitor the platform’s health, usage, and overall compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and incidents related to the platform.
Collaborate with the product manager and customer success manager to understand the requirements for new functionalities;
About you
We are seeking an analytical and pro-active Java developer to join our dynamic team. You have at least 5 years of experience with Java, preferably in Saas or complex software environment and are eager to join us on our path to standardization. Furthermore,
BSc / MSc computer science or other relevant study;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Hands-on knowledge of JEE, Angular, JSF, SQL, AWS, Docker, & version control;
Flexible, communicative and collaborative
Excellent English
Located in Lisbon metropolitan area
