About the role

For our HR team, we are looking for an energetic operations specialist who will focus on HR administration and HR operations, owning the processes and execution.

You will handle the day-to-day HR operations and administration and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. Furthermore, you will initiate and run projects that add to HR efficiency. Other tasks include:

  • Main point of contact for all employees and team leads for HR-related inquiries
  • Process new hires, including on-boarding documentation, creation of files, systems set-up, and coordination of onboarding
  • Provide support to employees for the enrollment and processing of benefits and the payroll process, ensuring monthly data is provided on time and is accurate. Liaise with finance team to guarantee smooth salary payments
  • Maintain our HRIS, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and new joiners

About you

For this role we are looking for an enthusiastic team player. We are a growing organization and are looking to add someone to the team who can help us build a strong and effective HR function. This is an ideal role for a strong administrator who wants to own and improve operational processes.

Furthermore,

  • You have 4+ years of experience in HR operations and administration and sufficient knowledge of Dutch legislation regarding employment, sickness and other labor related issues.
  • You are knowledgeable on HR Information systems, payroll processes and benefit administration and not afraid to learn something new (we use HiBob btw)
  • You are self-motivated and results-orientated with a clear focus on accuracy
  • You are a strong team player; you understand the importance of working together towards common goals and recognize that collective efforts lead to greater innovation and success
