About the role
The Jules Energy software suite is part of our group portfolio, and the main solution offered in the UK. We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to take ownership of strategic sales and revenue growth in the UK. This role is not just about driving commercial success for Jules Energy but also about acting as a key bridge between Jules and the group portfolio, optimizing sales operations, and fostering a culture of collaboration.
With a focus on enterprise clients in the energy sector, the role requires a consultative approach to sales, navigating complex decision-making processes and long sales cycles (4-24 months).
Responsibilities include:
Define and execute strategic sales initiatives to accelerate business growth.
Manage and refine sales processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with Group expectations.
Lead efforts to expand the Jules client base in the UK while integrating Group-wide solutions.
Align Jules' solutions with market needs through collaboration with Group teams.
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking to ensure targets are met.
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, (currently 1 report) fostering a culture of success and accountability.
Represent Jules and group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
About you
Proven experience in a senior commercial, sales or business development role in complex enterprise software
Strong background in enterprise sales and business development, within the energy sector
Skilled in consultative selling, with experience navigating long sales cycles (4-24 months).
Ability to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and implement scalable processes.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
