About the role

As a Senior Solution consultant you are responsible for determining and developing technological solutions for our customers that solve their business needs. You create a design in which our product is implemented and integrated into the existing IT environment and that matches the requirements, wishes and structure of an organization.

In collaboration with business consultants and the product teams you help identify IT challenges and ensure that customers can work compliantly, effectively, and efficiently. Tasks include:

• Assuming a pivotal role in facilitating the onboarding process for new clients by overseeing the seamless integration of our software solution into their existing IT infrastructure.
• Leading the elicitation of technical requirements from clients, orchestrating the design and integration of our solution into their infrastructure, and making crucial architectural decisions during the design phase
• Overseeing the technical integration aspect of the implementation project, acting as a primary liaison for colleagues regarding their tasks and ensuring smooth coordination with the colleagues from the Systems Team concerning cloud integration and middleware configuration

About you

We would very much benefit from someone with solid work experience as a customer solution architect, who brings their expertise and working knowledge of modern cloud platforms, such as (Microsoft Azure), low code tools (such as Outsystems/Mendix) and automation & integration tools/techniques as well as common development languages and cloud models (Saas/IaaS/PaaS).

Furthermore,

• You easily work with a different range of stakeholders, whether it is the client, a colleague from the consultant team, product team or systems team, you act as a trusted advisor to all.
• Collaboration is key, you understand the importance of working together towards common goals. You can foster an environment where individuals actively contribute their skills, knowledge, and perspectives, recognizing that collective efforts lead to greater innovation and success.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to identify business needs into operational business processes;
