About the role
As we are pivoting towards more standardization, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager / Agile Coach to lead operations and mentor our development team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. This dual role combines technical leadership with a focus on Agile methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions and the professional growth of team members. Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with head of development, head of quality and product teams to define and prioritize software deliverables, balancing technical and business needs.
Manage planning, task distribution, execution and delivery of long-term projects and daily operation.
Act as a servant-leader and Agile advocate, ensuring the organization leverages Agile values and principles effectively
About you
We would like to add someone to the team with experience as an engineering manager and Agile coach, preferably in a scale up or fast changing environment. Ideally you have hands-on experience in the operational control of tech teams. Furthermore, you have
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
The ability to drive cultural change and influence at multiple levels of an organization,
A deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and hands-on experience with their implementation.
A strong technical background with knowledge of software development, architecture, and lifecycle processes.
